We offer free shipping for all pre-paid orders.

Shipping within India takes 3-5 business days. Shipping within Delhi / NCR takes 1-2 business days.

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Within India, we ship through our delivery partner – Delhivery. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make products made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express and Diners Club International) and also provide Net Banking, UPI options across major banks and wallet options

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has been damaged during transit or if there is any manufacturing defect. Our return policy lasts 72 Hours. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
